This weeks Topic: Favorite Outing
This is going to sound so lame but anywhere with my kids is my favorite kind of outing. It could be to the grocery store or the park as long as we are together chatting and laughing it’s my favorite. Sometimes kids can be a bit of a nightmare when you take them out and my son has some issues when he is out but if we can control him enough we really have a great time. I think one of my favorite things to do with them is going to the small zoo that is by our house (well about 15 mins away) It big enough to spend a day but small enough to let the kids run ahead a little and explore while you follow behind. When we are out we are always giggling and joking around. My husband and I always try to make things fun for them so they will always remember it but it’s really hard to pick just one favorite thing even going out for Ice Cream always ends in a bunch of giggly laughs that last till we get home and don’t get me started on car trips when we all break out in song 🙂
What is your favorite outing?
That’s awesome! I don’t have kids but I look forward to one day having a family with my fiancé. I know we will have fun like that too, because we’re both crazy so I bet our children will be as well! I’m also jealous that you have a zoo so close. Our closest one is almost an hour and a half away 🙁
It’s so close and we never seem to go as often as I would like 🙂 It’s nicer in the fall
I love going to the zoo so much. I don’t have kids but I love to go with my little cousins and see the look on her face when she sees animals.
It’s so much fun watching their faces and seeing them realize what animals they love to watch the most. My daughter can watch the Giraffes all day she loves them 🙂 Even before my kids I loved the zoo its just a fun place to go 🙂
