My To-Be Read List ~ Lets Vote ~ November

Posted November 7, 2015 by Michelle in My TBR List / 33 Comments

MyTBRListWe sit for hours looking through our TBR lists wondering when we will ever get to that one book we were dying to read when we added it 3 months ago or maybe even a year. As our piles get bigger we realize there is just not enough time in a day to read all the books that we wanted to read. So I had a great idea, pick 3 books from my TBR Pile and have you all pick which one I should read next. This is a monthly MEME and you are more than welcome to join me. Just create a blog post with your three books and link the post below. Need the full rules? No problem you can find them all right HERE. Don’t forget to stop by the blogs on the linky below to help the other bloggers by voting on their next read!

I thought we can keep up with each list with the hashtag #MyTBRL so add that to the end of your post so if you can’t get to the linky we can still find you 🙂

So this month I picked

This was a hard month for me to pick since I am in Christmas reading mode but I thought maybe I would pick something else to squeeze in among the Christmas craziness.

181715263:AM Kisses (3:AM Kisses #1)
by Addison Moore

Paperback, 306 pages
Published September 17th 2013 by Addison Moore Publishing

Goodreads

New Adult *Intended for mature audiences.

Baya Brighton is looking forward to her first year at Whitney Briggs University, new friends, dorm life, and finally being close to her brother again. Love is the last thing on the list, but when Baya meets her brother’s roommate she begins to have thoughts and feelings that make even her blush.

Bryson Edwards has a secret he prefers buried in the past and long forgotten. He prefers loose girls, fast cars, and long nights working at the string of bars his family owns. When his roommate’s sister shows up on the scene, she’s far too innocent and sweet for him but he can’t shake Baya out of his mind and worse, it looks like she’s seeping into his heart as well.

Baya seems determined to show her brother she’s not a little kid and equally determined to use Bryson’s body to prove her point. It’s been made pretty clear that Baya is off limits to Bryson but their undeniable sparks explode into a whole lot more than just a few 3:AM KISSES.

25005936Kitchen Affairs (Riverside Trilogy #1)

She’s closed dating off her list—her only priorities are finishing school & her 4 year old daughter. When Molly is pursued by Drake, she does everything she can to deny the chemistry and sexual tension. However, that doesn’t last long & she finds herself completely lusting over him.

When an intimate video goes public, Molly’s internship and credibility is threatened. She’s lusts for the one man she’s been able to connect with after the sudden death of her late fiancé—but can Drake hold on for the emotional ride? Molly will need to let go of her past in order let Drake in. Fall in love with this steamy, funny, & romantic story of two people who find each other just when they both need someone the most.

felon manStalker (Stalker #1)
by Clarissa Wild
Kindle Edition, Limited Signed Edition, 386 pages
Published June 16th 2015 (first published June 11th 2015)

Goodreads

Clarissa Wild brings you STALKER, a Dark Romance, which is a stand alone without cliffhanger.

F**k me once, I’ll f**k you twice … then I’ll bury you.

No prison can keep me from seeking revenge. Especially when it comes to her.

She, the woman who put me in jail.

I swore that I’d come for her, to claim what belongs to me: Her life. I’m not a good man. On the contrary, I love to be bad. It’s in my veins. Just like it’s in my veins to ruin her.

She’s an actress, pretending to be a saint, but we both know that isn’t true. One way or another, she’ll pay for what she did. I will hunt for her. Make her fear me. Make her body mine.

Bad deeds never go unpunished … And I always go out with a bang.

WARNING: This book is a DARK ROMANCE STANDALONE – it has a non-conventional ending. This isn’t rainbow sprinkles & unicorn fluff. It’s a dark, thrilling journey of two people clashing over love, lust, and hatred. Heed the warning. Contains graphic violence, alcohol, drugs & other disturbing content.

  1. I voted for 3 AM. I’ve had a copy for the longest time so I’m curious to see how you like it. Stalker is too dark for me and Kitchen Affairs sounds too similar to other books I see around. I hope you enjoy which ever book wins. I’ll have to join this meme in January so I can focus on my TBR =)

  2. Damn Michelle! What happened to all those innocent middle grade books? LOL! This was a harder choice for me because I would actually read all of these — but I would read Stalker first becauase wow that sounds intenese. Can’t wait to see which one wins 🙂

  3. Hey Michelle, I gotta say that you made for a pretty tough decision with your choices. I have 3 a.m. Kisses waiting for me and I have books from the other two authors waiting as well. *ha* I decided to go with 3 a.m. Kisses because it seems the lightest fare and since we’re going into the holiday season, where you’re reading Christmas books, I thought lighter would be better. See? Just me looking out for you! 😉 Have a great weekend!

  4. I voted for 3:am Kisses as I recently read a good review for that one. Although the second one sounds interesting too with the whole kitchen and cooking aspect. I hope you’ll enjoy whichever one wins!
