Tell Me Something Tuesday was hosted by Rainy Day Ramblings, but she has (temporarily?) stopped blogging. So a group of us that had been doing posts (Linda from Book Girl of Mur-y-Castell, Karen from For What It’s Worth, Roberta from Offbeat YA, Jen from That’s What I’m Talking About and me) decided to get together, come up with some more topics and keep the meme going.Michelle made us a logo and we’re off and running. I can be sporadic, but when I do join in I will always share next week’s topic at the end of the post. So, today is about…

What are your favorite posts to read?

My absolute favorite posts are the Sunday Posts (or similar) where I learn what’s going on in fellow bloggers lives. Even when I hit my lowest point in blogging I seem to manage to visit (not necessarily comment) and get up my own Sunday Post.

Then posts like this one and the Top Ten Tuesdays are favorites – I enjoy discussion posts and lists a lot.

Obviously I enjoy book reviews, but if I’m not interested in the book/genre it doesn’t have the same appeal, regardless of how well the review is written or how much the reviewer/blogger enjoyed it.

I love getting a peek behind the curtain into people’s lives so I love posts like the Sunday Post. Honestly, given how many blogs there are, it’s the bloggers and the personality of the bloggers that keep me visiting and interested more than the books do. 🙂
