Week in READview:

On & Off the Blog:

I needed a break last week because they told us the woman doesn’t want to move until January 1st…..I said no and then found out we would need to pay rent to the new owner in our current home which was not something I wanted to do since I wanted to be out. Her holding off is costing me a lot of money so we are going to see if she wants to pay it because that is the only way we would agree. We are still waiting to here but our lawyer has put the closing of the house we are currently in on hold until next week which gives us another week to move out. Our contract is November 15th so she is in breech of contract if she doesn’t leave by then. I just hate living in limbo and not being able to have answers. I had the longest anxiety attack on record for me. I am trying to remain calm but I am just messing up on everything because I feel so unsure about what is going on. I hate this feeling and hope it will be answered by next week so I can breath a little easier.

Otherwise….My daughter is in a new cheer gym this year and they had a team sleepover in a Willy Wonka theme, they out did themselves and the event looked so fun. We are really happy at the new gym, it is hard work but a more positive experience. We can’t wait for the season to start. Our first trip is to Kentucky and I plan to drive so save some money. We are looking forward to the road trip. It will be right on the middle of the move (if all stays the same) but it will be a nice break.

Still trying to catch up on everything and it’s going slower than I would like it too but I am finding that sitting in the car for two hours while my daughter is at practice, really helps. So that is a plus. Fingers crossed next week we get the answers we want.

  1. Wow, Michelle, I hope everything works out with your living situation! That sounds incredibly stressful, so it’s no wonder your anxiety has spiked. (I hope you’re getting good support for that.)

Good luck to your daughter in the new cheer gym! Sounds like a good choice for her.
