Week in Read-view

Hope everyone had a great week
I will be covering two weeks since last week
we got home rather late for me to be able to post

So lets start with the Week of July 1st

It was a mini vacation week for me. We went away for the 4th of July
and spent it at my parents house on the Jersey Shore.

So relaxing and we had a lot of fun.
We spent 4 days swimming, walking the boardwalk and BBQing.

It was great to hang with the family and catch up on some reading.
The days were filled with so much stuff that by the time I did sit to read I fell asleep LOL

It’s driving me crazy because I am loving this book I am reading
and I want to read more.
I am hoping to finish Throne of Glass by Sarah J, Mass by Wednesday (didn’t happen) so I can start the ARC of Barbie World which I have been waiting for since before my summer reading list started. Barbie World is for a Blog tour I have on July 18th. I should be able to finish before the tour date but I will be cutting it close. Then it will be back to my list and getting the rest of my summer reading list finished.

I will be honest as much as making the list was stressful. It has made it easier when it comes to picking the next book to read. I am actually thinking of doing this during the winter too. I will hold off on all my Read/Reviews starting Dec 21 (first day of winter) and read from my list until the first day of spring.
I think I will make Spring and Fall my Read/Reviews.
Some people go by calendar dates I go by Seasons 🙂
I will make an exception if the book is something I really want to read and it just so happens to be part of a tour. But I will continue to do Tours, Blitzs and Cover Reveals all year. I LOVE promoting books for Authors!!!!

The week of July 8th

I am still working on Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Mass
but I am so excited because this week I got a bunch of ARCS
One I wasn’t even expecting
****HAPPY DANCE ALL OVER THE HOUSE****

I was approved for two books through a great publishing company,
I will post the books when I get them promise 🙂

I was also able to get an advanced copy of
Staci Hart’s Snake in the Grass (love her)
Have you read Deer in the Headlights yet? I just did a blog tour for it this week.
It is an AMAZING book I seriously loved it. You must read it
if you go on amazon you can get it for FREE!!!
AMAZON

Plus I got asked to read book 2 in the Celtic Mythos Series by Brad LaMar.
Obsidian Dagger was book 1
It was a total surprise totally made my day.
the first book was great you can find my review HERE

So I am doing pretty good with my summer reading list I already finished PODS and Triangles but I have to rearrange some things.
So as it goes right now once I am finished with
1. Throne of Glass by Sarah J, Mass

2. Barbie World by Heidi Acosta

 3. Snake in the Grass by Staci Hart
COVER NOT RELEASED YET
ARC
Official release date July 30th

4. Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas
Netgalley ARC

Once I am done with Crown at Midnight I will follow along on my list but I found out that the 4th book in the elsewhere series will be out soon so I might have to squeeze that one in.

The Strangers (The Books of Elsewhere #4)

by Jacqueline West
We went away again this weekend and are now home early to sit in front of the TV and enjoy WWE Money in the Bank

we are big wrestling fans in this house (yes we know its not real)
I watch it for the entertainment and the hot guys….more so for the hot guys 🙂
I hope you all had a fantastic week

What are you planning to read this week?
