This was a rough read and review month but I did celebrate my one year anniversary and that was fun, the giveaway was HUGE and I was so Thankful for everyone that helped me out. I realized I need to come up with one for this year now. Should get started on that soon. 🙂
Whats to Come in 2015
One of my main changes for next year is to give you more of me…god help you all 🙂 I want to do things that express and show more of my personality and have you get to know the person behind the blog. Even if that means just changing my reviews, for example, When I started this blog I was doing review posts that were very “professional” and outlined out, recapping the story and telling you a bit about what was going on. It was dull, boring and who the heck cares, if you want to know all that stuff you could just read the book but I wasn’t telling you what I really thought of the book and why you should read it. So my reviews have gone through a bit of a change and now I tell you what I thought of the Characters, the story and why I gave it the rating I did. I realized that reading most reviews I didn’t want to know what happened in the book I wanted to know if YOU liked it and if I should read it. This also gives you a good look at how I view things personally and gives you a good look at my goofy personality that likes to make jokes, use smiley faces and an abundance of !!!!!! and CAPS. I also have a limited vocabulary apparently, I realized I over use LOVE and think things are AMAZING, AWESOME and ADORABLE but you are still getting me and if you like this blog then from this point on you are going to get nothing but 100% me….Oh I curse a whole lot too but I will try to keep that to a minimum, I promise 😉

This is a great feature, and I’m having fun reading your recaps and thoughts for the next year. I like the Life of a Blogger meme and may try that one also- and I know what you mean about reviews. Mine tend to recap plot point too, and I could probably talk about characters more. So you got me thinking! 🙂

I have done a few like that already and I really like it better it just really gives you a better understanding of why I liked it or hated it. I think that is what will make people read it more or not 🙂

OH NO, I don’t know if I can handle more you..lol. 😉 I am thinking of joining the Life as a Blogger meme that you just started doing as it looks like a cool way to get to know other bloggers. 🙂 I need to interact more with bloggers, I have started doing that a little this year..got to know both you and Kim!!
