We sit for hours looking through our TBR lists wondering when we will ever get to that one book we were dying to read when we added it 3 months ago or maybe even a year. As our piles get bigger we realize there is just not enough time in a day to read all the books that we wanted to read. So I had a great idea, pick 3 books from my TBR Pile and have you all pick which one I should read next. This is a monthly MEME and you are more than welcome to join me. Just create a blog post with your three books and link the post below. Need the full rules? No problem, you can find them all right HERE. Don’t forget to stop by the blogs on the linky below to help the other bloggers by voting on their next read!
I thought we can keep up with each list with the hashtag #MyTBRL so add that to the end of your post so if you can’t get to the linky we can still find you π

These are 3 freebies I have had on my kindle for a while and they fit prefect with the COYER challenge! π
So this month I picked
Magic of Thieves (Legends of Dimmingwood #1)
by C. Greenwood
191 pages
Published November 28th 2012 by C. Greenwood
In a province where magic is forbidden and its possessors are murdered by the cruel Praetor, young Ilan, born with the powerful gift of her ancestors, has only one hope for survival. Concealment. In the shadow of Dimmingwood, she finds temporary protection with a band of forest brigands led by the infamous outlaw Rideon the Red Hand.
But as Ilan matures, learns the skills of survival, and struggles to master the inherent magic of her dying race, danger is always close behind. When old enemies reappear and new friendships lead to betrayal, will her discovery of an enchanted bow prove to be Ilanβs final salvation or her ultimate downfall?
The Stonekeeper (Amulet #1)
by Kazu Kibuishi
192 pages
Published January 1st 2008 by GRAPHIX
There’s something strange behind the basement door…
After a family tragedy, Emily, Navin and their mother move to an ancestral home to start a new life. On the family’s very first night in the mysterious house, Em and Navin’s mom is kidnapped by a tentacled creature. Now it’s up to Em and Navin to figure out how to set things right and save their mother’s life!
The Cypher (Guardians Inc. #1)
by Julian Rosado-Machain
200 pages
Published July 21st 2012 by Julian Rosado-Machain
GUARDIANS INC.: THE CYPHER is two stories in one. A glimpse into a multinational company that is in reality the oldest of secret societies, one that spans close to seven thousand years of existence, weaving in and out of history, guiding and protecting humanity from creatures and forces that most of us believe are only mythology and fairy tales.
The other is the story of Thomas Byrne, a young man thrust into secrets he shouldn’t be aware of and dangers he shouldn’t face, but that he ultimately will, for he is a Cypher. The only one who can steer humanity’s future.
The ultimate conspiracy theory is that Magic is real. Kept in check by technology, but every five hundred years the balance can shift and, if it does, technology will fail and those creatures we’ve driven into myth will come back with a vengeance.
To protect the present, Guardians Incorporated needs to know the future.

I’m late getting to voting this month… sorry! Hope I didn’t mess anything up and create a tie π I voted for Magic of Thieves because that cover is wow! LOL I know, good way to pick π
Such tempting choices! Now I want to read them. LOL I went with Magic of Thieves in the end because that one called to me the most. I hope you enjoy whichever wins, Michelle!
These all look great and I’ve been loving middle grade adventures lately so I went with the Cypher but it was tough to decide between that and Magic of Thieves. Hope you enjoy whatever you end up reading!
I have been on a MG kick to get me back to reading since for some reason I can’t seem to find anything I like, lol
Thanks for voting, Katherine!
I voted for Magic of thieves because the Robin Hood angle kinda sounded fun. Although a house w/ tentacles- that could be good too. π
Lol, House with tentacles should always be good! lol Thanks for voting, Greg!
I went with The Cypher because it sounded interesting and the cover looks really cool! I hope you enjoy whichever one wins.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks for voting, Tina! π
They all sound good so went with my favorite cover so Cypher. π

Thank for voting, Shaunesay!
I was going to pick Magic of Thieves until I read The Cypher’s synopsis. I ended up choosing that one because of the mythology. I hope you’ll enjoy the book chosen for you though, Michelle! They all look like they’d be good reads. π
Happy weekend, my friend! {{{hugs}}}
π Thanks for voting Brandee!
All 3 sound good but I voted for The Stonekeeper. I love the cover and the blurb sounds interesting. I hope you enjoy whichever book wins.
Thanks for voting, Kathy!
I’ve read The Cypher, but I voted for The Stonekeeper because I love the cover. Plus, it’s a graphic novel and I’m pretty much loving graphic novels right now. lol
I didn’t realize it was a graphic novel until I read your comment lol.
Thanks for voting!
My library has it! So I requested it. *does happy dance*
Lol, You might read it before me! π
I went with The Stonekeeper because mom is kidnapped by a tentacled creature and I need to know more!
LOL, Thanks for Voting, Laurie!
All three of these sound very good, so difficult to pick one. I went with Magic of Thieves as it sounds like a very exciting and magical read with how she has to hide her magic. But the other two sounds great too, the Stonekeeper sounds fun and mysterious. The cover for The Cypher looks a bit creepily, but I do like the sound of the blurb. I hope you’ll enjoy whichever one wins!
At one point I think I had gotten the Cypher one from netgalley but it was an epub and I couldn’t sure it. So I grabbed it again when it was free. I am looking forward to whichever one wins. Thanks for voting, Lola!
The Stonekeeper’s blurb was one I liked the sound of soI went that way π
I am excited for whichever one wins but I do love the cover of that one! Thanks for voting Grace!
This was hard for me, Michelle, as I had never heard of any of your choices for this month… I picked Magic of Thieves though, because it sounds really good, and there’s magic π
I miss you!! I hope you’ll have a fantastic weekend. {{{HUGS}}}
Went a little unknown this month π I can’t believe I have had these books for a long time on my kindle, will be nice to finally read them. Thanks for voting, Lexxie! Miss you!!!
