Task it Tuesday: Finding a routine… again
I successfully caught up on my other blogs last week! Yay!!! So on to my new problem…
So I have a major case of summer vacation going on. I think not having a car for two weeks solidified that I lost all sense of routine, to the point where I didn’t even always know what day it was. This is not good for ANYTHING, even relaxing. But it’s especially scary when you think that in a month from yesterday I need to go back to work and function like a normal human being again. So I need a routine, again. I think I just need to make sure I have a reasonable summer routine, that will not be too hard to amp up once I go back to work. Like, relaxation is completely okay, it is summer break. But not taking care of basic responsibilities, not visiting other blogs, etc… that is not okay.
I am a pen-to-paper kind of person, so I’m going to work on creating a routine – with a routine I’d like to maintain once school starts in mind. I’m sure it’ll appear in my bullet journal.
Things I want to make sure make it onto my routine:
- Daily blog visiting
- A set time to work on blog posts for all four blogs I manage
- Daily and weekly chores
- Gym time
- Time to work on Transcribing/Captioning
- Relaxation time/time with friends
- Miracle Morning Time – I’ve neglected this during the summer and it’s showing
I think that about covers it. I’ll spend some quality time on this over the week and hopefully have a really good plan for the rest of the summer that makes me more effective!
