By sharing our lists we get instant accountability partners and also get ideas of things to add to our lists (or sometimes ways to tackle tasks more efficiently). We hope you’ll join us!

Task it Tuesday: setting up my blog #bujo

This past week I felt so frustrated because I had to keep coming back to the blog to see my to-do lists and reading lists, etc. While I love having them on the blog, I’m someone who likes having things written down. So I don’t know what’s taken me so long, but I’m adding an insert to my Traveler’s Notebook for a blog bullet journal. That will take some time, so it’s my main task this week. Here’s what I hope to accomplish this week:

  • Get year long challenges into Bujo
  • Setup a Brain Dump Spread
  • Setup a posting calendar with ways of indicating status
  • Make a list of Blog projects in bujo
  • Get a list of review books and their status in Bujo
  • Write Sunday Post
  • Just a Few Misters review post 5/7

So I’m kind of setting my goal of getting a month ahead to the side for the moment – I think I’ll be better at doing that once I have a better system for keeping track of my work and goals.

    I’m using a spare pocket diary for a posting calendar, it keeps it simple and the limited entry space helps me not overload with posting goals. Bullet journals always look so interesting, but I worry I’d lose so much time making it interesting to look at rather than getting on with my tasks.

    Good luck with all these! I know some people are super organized, use spreadsheets etc, but I’m not nearly that organized ha!!

      Lol I’m so type A, but I know my brother functions best without lists and stuff. So it’s all personality for sure. I left my bujo at work yesterday and I’ve been off all day!

    I have to write my to do list down too or it doesn’t get done. Good luck getting your bujo setup! I hope you are able to find what works for you.
