Tell Me Something Tuesday is hosted by Rainy Day Ramblings. Check out her blog for upcoming topics! I saw a post by Jen (Twimom) and thought it was fun and decided to join in. So I’ll be jumping in sporadically 🙂
Summer Picks 2020
I have gradually become a super moody reader over the past couple years and COVID has only served to intensify that. So my summer is very much up in the air. Here’s some books that I may be pulling:
COYER Book Club Picks
I have enjoyed our last 2 book club chats, so I will try to continue reading at least some of the books we pick… and I’d like to continue some of the series we already started so I may be reading:
- Red, White and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
- The Duchess Deal by Tessa Dare
- The Girl the Sea Gave Back by Adrienne Young
- Aurora Rising by Anne Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
- Dev1at3 by Jay Kristoff
- A Thousand Letters by Staci Hart
Been on my TBR too long
I also have some books that I received for review that I need to read… plus a few books that I just want to get around to:
- Ghostly Serenade by Colleen Helme
- Suzy Spitfire Kills Everybody by Joe Canzano
- My Beautiful Suicide by Atty Eve
- The Fiery Cross by Diana Gabaldon
With all that, I think I have enough to keep me busy!
What’s on your Summer 2020 reading list?
Next Week’s topic: Summer Love – what do you love about summer?

The only ones I’ve read from your list are Red, White & Royal Blue and The Fiery Cross. RW&RB was adorable and gave all the feels. Alex + Henry were so priceless. I know I loved The Fiery Cross but it’s been… um… like, 15 years since I read it so details are pretty fuzzy. LOL
That is a good selection to read from! 🙂
I’m only familiar with a couple of those and haven’t read any. I hope you get your reading groove back. It’s been tough, I too have really slowed down my reading and listening.
I am doing an Angela Marsons marathon and hope to get 9 of her books read.
I like your plan to catch up on some series the book club started and also get some from off your TBR pile. I’m all about catching up on my review pile this summer. I’ve been reading moodily or not at all so got behind.
I love both of Jay Kristoff series. I hope you continue.
