It’s time for the 2020 Bookish Resolutions Challenge

We are going back to basics! Bookish Resolutions Challenge is about setting New Year’s Resolutions for Reading, book blogging or Writing…You can sign up via blog post, Facebook, Twitter or Goodreads!
This last year things got a little quiet around the blog as both of us had lots going on. Michelle had some major anxiety/OCD/depression issues that cause some her to step back a few times from the reading/blogging world and Berls had a baby and a lot of life changes. We are planning to do better this year with updates and will also be doing the Task it Tuesday Meme since we think it fits so nicely with the challenge and can help you accomplish a lot of your goals.

Sign Up is between now to February 28th, the challenge starts January 1st and ends December 31st 2020

Rules:

  1. Create between 3 or more resolutions related to books/book blogging/writing (there are examples below but you can make up your own)(you can have as many resolutions as you would like, there is no limit)
  2. Create a signup post and add it to the Linky on this post (sign up before Feb 28th)
  3. Since this is a year long challenge we ask that you pick goals with some longevity. Pick a goal that will take you no less than 4 months to complete.
  4. Twice a year we will have an update to see how you are doing. May 1st and September 1st. The last update will be the wrap up post.
  5. For each goal you complete you get one entry into the giveaway that will be in our wrap up post on December 31, 2020
  6. The Winner will be picked randomly so the more goals you complete the better chance you have to winning one of the $5 Amazon Gift Cards at the end of the year.
Giveaway
We’ll be giving away two $5 Amazon gift cards at the end of December 2020

  1. Well I may have to update my goals in a few weeks but mostly I want to read books I want to read, and try to get to ones I own instead of just ARCs and library books. I’m going to try to stay more organized on the blog implementing things I have learned over the last year, and do a few more discussion posts. I want to do more reading and less challenges per se. I will do the ReadASeries and COYER. I’m also co-hosting Library Love which is my first time hosting a major challenge. Some of these goals are harder to quantify and track, though.

  2. I really SHOULD do this… but I probably will just cheer you on. I don’t even know what to think January will be like. My life has changed so much in the past year! I look forward to seeing your goals though 🙂
