What is your favorite snack food?
Peanut butter anything.
What is one thing you refuse to share?
My toothbrush. Not even with my children.
What is the strangest thing you believed as a child?
My dad convinced me that he worked alongside Jacques Cousteau, exploring the ocean. I absolutely believed him for an embarrassing number of years (as in, far too old to be as gullible as I was).
What is one guilty pleasure you enjoy too much to give up?
90s rap music. I know all the words. All of them. To everything.
Which animal/insect scares you most? Why?
Spiders, because they are clearly constantly lying in wait to drop down into my hair or crawl into my pillowcase or slip into my shoe. Also, some of them jump. But you can’t just look and tell which ones jump, so you have to assume that every spider jumps. Is there anything on earth more terrifying than a jumping spider?!
What’s something that amazes you?
There are people in the world who aren’t afraid of spiders.
