Fifth annual Take Control of Your TBR Pile Challenge! This is one of my favorite events as my to-be-read pile is often neglected. The rules are simple. For the entire month of March you focus on reading/listening to books in your TBR pile released before March 1, 2017. They can be eBooks, physical books or audiobooks. Let’s clean off those shelves, finish those series and trilogies and have some fun.
I am really looking forward to this challenge, I have a bunch of books I want to get to this year and I am using this event to get a bunch of them read. I am hoping *fingers crossed* to read 10 books for this challenge.
I am a mom to two pretty amazing kids, four pretty cute fluffy children and a wife to one adorable husband. I am a gamer, reader and a graphic designer with 20 years experience. I recently started my own business "Limabean Designs" to help other bloggers, authors and anyone else create amazing things that they would be proud to show off. I have been reading since forever and started blogging because I love sharing all the awesome books this world has to offer. I am also the co-host for the COYER Challenge, Reading Assignment Challenge and the Bookish Resolutions Challenge. I try to create a warm welcoming environment on my blog where authors, readers, and bloggers will have a great time. Let’s chat books, games, blogging, recipes, design, or family over a cup of coffee and a glass of wine!
I still need to do my sign-up post for this, but I plan to participate as well. Honestly, it’s how I read for the most part – except that I do let book club reads take up like 4 of my reads for the month usually. I think next month I’ll cut them back to 2 so that I can get in more TBR books. Good luck! {{HUGS}}
I’m glad you’re participating in this challenge, Michelle! I am too…just gotta get my signup post done. 😉 Hopefully I can get more read that what I’ve managed for COYER. :/ Miss you!! {{{hugs}}}
I think COYER was a big challenge this time around. I love that we change it up but we did go for the ORIGINAL Idea of COYER. I think the part about the getting books before the challenge started was the hardest part for all of us.
