Start a new chapter in this spellbinding Ever After High story by bestselling author Shannon Hale! Follow Raven Queen after she becomes the reluctant leader of the Rebels (those who believe in breaking free from destiny and writing their own story). This puts her at odds with her roomie Apple White, fairest of the halls and enchanting queen of the Royals, the students who want to follow in their fairytale parents' footsteps. But when one of the most wonderlandiful students at the school gets into trouble, the two must work together to ensure that everyone gets their happily forever after.

Secrets unfold, spells are cast, and the Royals and the Rebels reign supreme in this totally wicked follow-up to The Storybook of Legends!

Duration: 6 hours 39 minutes

The kids and I listened to this audio on the way to the Jersey Shore on the weekends, so it took some time to finish it but we absolutely loved it so much. Kathleen McInerney is a fantastic Narrator, she has so many awesome voices and you can always tell which person is talking. She is so fun.

After screwing up Legacy day Raven and Apple are feeling the backlash. Raven is so confused but doesn’t want to change her mind and Apple is completely losing her mind trying to find ways to fix everyone story.

The books gives you a few new characters but all the ones you love are back again. Especially Maddy (the Mad Hatters Daughter) My daughter and I just love her and when she “talks” to the Narrator it always makes a laugh. This time Maddy may be in a little trouble and it totally has us so worried about her.

I adore this story so much and my daughter and I want to listen to the next one ASAP. I can’t recommend this series enough. Shannon Hale writes an amazing story and Kathleen McInerney just makes it come alive.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my review.

Have a great day and Happy Reading!
