What is Task It Tuesday? It is where every week I list a task or tasks that I would like to accomplish on my blog or in Real Life before next Tuesday. It can be big or small but the goal is to get something done that will make my blog/reading life/challenges run smoother, faster, or more efficient and/or get those simple or complex tasks done in my real life. I will also be sharing organizing tips and linking with posts from bloggers that have some great tips and tricks for keeping you and your blog/real life organized.
This week will be all about Blog Ahead and Chicago. I am getting ready to leave next week so I need to make sure I have everything in order before I go. I am hoping doing Blog Ahead for a week will help me get even more ahead then I am since I have most of May filled up and will be working on most of June. I have guest posts that I am working on for June that will be a lot of fun. I am super excited about them, if you follow my Sunday Post next week, I will have details for anyone that might want to join. Now onto the tasks 🙂
My Task(s) To Do:
All completed tasks will have a strikethrough and will be deleted at the end of the month.
- Get Ready for Chicago
- Print out plane tickets
- Print out BEA Badge ticket
- Print out Cubs Game Tickets.
- Make list of what to bring with me.
- Get kids ready for us to leave, call schools etc. Write note to teachers.
- Packing
- Blog Ahead
- Finish all reviews
- Set Up and Schedule Discussion Posts and Create logos if needed
- Design
- Finish all design work before I leave.
- Contact clients that I will be away
- Set up auto response for while I am away.

Wow! You have a busy week ahead of you. Have fun at BEA! I wish I were going since SO many of my blogy friends are going and it’s only a few hours away, BUT I do get to go to ALA in June so it pans out. 🙂

I’m starting to spaz out about Chicago…lol. I need to make a check list, etc. I have to make sure dad has things he needs for while I am gone, that people will check in on him, etc….ugh. Stress…worry (fur babies)….Vacation!! 🙂
It is amazing how much prep work there is to take a trip! I hope both the preparations and BEA run smooth and that you have a great time!
Good luck with Blog Ahead, Michelle. I know it’ll be a relief to have things planned/scheduled out as far in advance as you can. I’m participating as well in order to have things scheduled out for awhile. This month is crazy busy with BEA and my daughter’s graduation. Then we have vacations starting in June. I want to have things pretty well set so I don’t have to stress over my blog. 🙂
