We sit for hours looking through our TBR lists wondering when we will ever get to that one book we were dying to read when we added it 3 months ago or maybe even a year. As our piles get bigger we realize there is just not enough time in a day to read all the books that we wanted to read. So I had a great idea, pick 3 books from my TBR Pile and have you all pick which one I should read next. This is a monthly MEME and you are more than welcome to join me. Just create a blog post with your three books and link the post below. Need the full rules? No problem, you can find them all right HERE. Don’t forget to stop by the blogs on the linky below to help the other bloggers by voting on their next read!
I thought we can keep up with each list with the hashtag #MyTBRL so add that to the end of your post so if you can’t get to the linky we can still find you 🙂
So this month I picked
Ok so I am doing something really different this time. You’re going to think I am nuts and I wasn’t sure how to set it up. I also realize how hard it will be to decide what to pick. #sorrynotsorry 😉 Since I am in a slump still I thought maybe it would be fun to read some chapter books. Something to just get me reading and maybe kill this stupid slump I have been in. This month you will be voting on 3 series and I plan to read the first 3 and in one case book 4. They are super short reads so I figured I would read more than one. The synopsis posted is for Book #1 and I have links to goodreads for #2 & #3 otherwise this would be an extremely long post. So help me pick which “series” I should read this month. (if this works I might do it again another time)

They all sound good but I voted for The Haunted Library. I hope you enjoy the winner!
Thanks for voting, Bunnita! I will be sure to check out your TBR. I’m on vacation this week so I’m getting to people slowly 🙂
These all look so cute. I selected Notebooks of Doom because that is just a great title for a series. It doesn’t look like there is a bad choice in the bunch. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on whatever you end up reading.
Thanks for voting Melanie! I am excited to see which one wins.
I voted for Eerie Elementary because the covers look so cool. Hope you enjoy the winning book 😊
Thanks for voting!
Awesome! I voted for Eerie Elementary!
Thank for voting Ronyell!
Notebooks of Doom for me, they look the most fun. 🙂 Am I the only one to vote for Notebooks? Sheesh! Oh well hard to compete w/ libraries!!
Fun choices! Good luck with the slump…
Lol, I should have realized the library one would be popular among the bookish people! Thanks for voting, Greg!
Went with Haunted Library of course even though Notebook of Doom seems fun too. Please check out my TBR
I hope you get out of your slump – something light and easy definitely sounds like a good way to pull yourself out of it 🙂 I voted for Haunted Library because 1 – I love libraries, 2 – I love characters that can see and talk to ghosts. I think as a kid it will be really fun. Enjoy whichever wins 🙂
It’s just look fun! I’m excited for all of them. Just trying to figure how to review them at the end of the month lol
Lol you can do something like my just a few books. Or just a series review.
They all sound adorable, but I had to go with haunted library!
Thanks for voting Shaunesay!
These all sound so good! I went with The Haunted Library because you know libraries! I hope you enjoy whichever one wins!
Thanks for voting Tina! I had a feeling the library one would be popular! lol
So not fair but Eerie Elementary:).
Lol
How can I *not* choose the haunted library books? Library rules! 🙂
LOL, Thanks for voting! 🙂
All of these sound fun and have such cute covers. I voted for the Haunted Library as it has a library. This was a hard choice. I like the idea of voting on a series instead of only a book 🙂
Lol I have a feeling a lot of bookish people will pick the library, lol.
I am excited about them all, they all look so cute and have a ton more books to read after these.
I usually read Harry Potter when I’m in a reading slump so I complete understand turning to a series/chapter book. I hope you come out of it soon! I voted for The Haunted Library series, it is a new series to me but I love anything involving libraries.
I need a bigger bookshelf to put out all my books, I have those tucked away when I moved and never took them out, many moons ago. 🙂
I figured cute fun chapter books would help with a slump 🙂 thank for voting!!!
I hope you are able to get out of your reading slump, Michelle. My husband thought maybe I was at the start of one earlier this week because I was playing more games on my phone than I was reading in the evenings . . . Fortunately that wasn’t the case. I ended up voting for The Haunted Library because it sounds really cute. I hope you enjoy whichever series wins!
I’ve had a lot of distraction and going on vacation this week might help. I think I just need a break. These fun reads will help the slump, I’m sure. Thanks for voting, Wendy!!
