I can tell you I that I am enjoying this book but I can also tell you that it is a little slow. I love the characters and the story is interesting but not a lot of action, just a lot of people standing around talking. There is an evil looming and I feel like at 40% the story should be reaching that point when all the knowing happens. I can see that the characters are starting to come together and I am excited about seeing how they all interact with each other. I just feel like it’s taking a very long time.
Since I am not done with this, I will have a review when I am, I don’t plan to DNF or stop reading it, I have invested a lot of time with Anton, Hassan, Jude and Ephyra and her sister Beru. I need to know what happens to them and how the stop the Hierophant (whom we haven’t even met yet?)
Overall I am LOVING this book, at this point is a solid 4 star for me. It would have to blow me away to move up. I plan to finish this in the next few days but it’s just taking a lot longer than I wanted because of the pace of the book.
When I do finish I will have a full, start to finish, review! 🙂 As of right now, tell me what you thought of the book if you read it or if you plan to read it?

Too bad about the slow pace, but it does sound like it’s interesting enough to keep your attention. I hope it continues to be good.
So I think this one might not be one for me then. Sometimes even if I like everyone I can’t do slow. I am glad you are liking it though and hope it stays that way through the whole thing. 🙂
