Welcome to Task It Tuesday! created by the Awesome The Geeky Blogger
Hosted by Michelle at Because Reading is better than real life!
What is Task It Tuesday? It is where every week I list a task or tasks that I would like to accomplish on my blog or in Real Life before next Tuesday. It can be big or small but the goal is to get something done that will make my blog/reading life/challenges run smoother, faster, or more efficient and/or get those simple or complex tasks done in my real life. I will also be sharing organizing tips and linking with posts from bloggers that have some great tips and tricks for keeping you and your blog/real life organized.
This week has a busy one but some what productive, I am now about 2 weeks ahead and feeling so much better. We had the wall fixed in the bathroom so the list below might not happen like I had hoped it would however it just means the bathroom might be cleaned before the rest of the house. I didn’t edit the text since when I wrote it I didn’t know that was going to get fixed. However I am happy it is fixed and can now do a really good cleaning in the backroom before I put everything back.
The blog productivity has been going very good and I am happy with my progress. I still have a lot more I want to do but for now I am about 2 weeks ahead and hoping to get a few more weeks ahead when I am home on Friday. I am so happy my blogging Mojo has come back. 🙂

Time to Link up!
Are you ready to get organized?
Do you set aside a certain amount of time every day? Do it once a week? Just curious. It might help me. I’m glad you got your bathroom wall repaired, even if other things might have to be juggled. And good luck with your purge! I’m doing spring cleaning in April…made a list of things to get done and then divided them up throughout the weeks of April.
Yes this is done every week. Doing a good april purge always helps me get ready for summer.
Thanks for stopping by .
Good job, Michelle! I’m wondering, how do you schedule in time for doing the ‘work’ on your blog? Do you set aside a certain amount of time every day? Do it once a week? Just curious. It might help me. 🙂 I’m glad you got your bathroom wall repaired, even if other things might have to be juggled. And good luck with your purge! I’m doing spring cleaning in April…made a list of things to get done and then divided them up throughout the weeks of April. Woohoo!!
I usually do everything Friday and part of Saturday. Now that I’m ahead I am going to do most of my blogging those 2 days (Sunday sometimes too) and keep the rest of the week for quick post, design work, visiting and reading 🙂 more ahead I get the more time I will have.
What I have personally started doing for me is making it a part of my daily routine, since I work from home. I have been using a Pomodoro timer for work and work in 25 minute bursts and alternate 5 and 15 minute breaks in between work tasks. On the 15 minute breaks I alternate between reading, working on the blog and cleaning tasks. It has made all of my daily tasks much more productive. I just started this last week but it has become extremely helpful with everything. It has even increased my income.
I am glad your mojo is coming back. 🙂
me too! 🙂
I like the purge idea…but would have to do it when my hubby is away. The man has separation issues.
Lol, the kids have that and the dog 🙂
I hope your purge goes well. Love how you did the blueprints for them!
It’s going pretty good, might have to do a good chunk this weekend since the week has been a bit crazy.
Thank you, I was trying to figure out how to explain it and drawing it was the easiest way.
