Tell Me Something Tuesday was hosted by Rainy Day Ramblings, but she has (temporarily?) stopped blogging. So a group of us that had been doing posts (Linda from Book Girl of Mur-y-Castell, Karen from For What It’s Worth, Roberta from Offbeat YA, Jen from That’s What I’m Talking About and me) decided to get together, come up with some more topics and keep the meme going.Michelle made us a logo and we’re off and running. For more details, check out this post where I reintroduced the meme.
I can be sporadic, but when I do join in I will always share next week’s topic at the end of the post. So, today is about…
What are your favorite posts to write?
Honestly – these are! I love having short, fun topics to talk about. These posts are just short and sweet with little glimpses into each other’s world. They are also some of my favorite to read. I feel like I get to know people a bit better as I read them. And there’s no pressure to get something right. I just spill about me and what I like.
I know that was short a simple, but it’s the truth!
I like posts like this too. I’m inherently nosey so posts that let me get to know the blogger better are my favourites both to read and to write. 🙂
I’m glad you enjoy writing them because I like reading them! I may join in on them one day.
I’ve really enjoyed the ones I came up with like the Series on Saturday or the Read-along ones. I keep improving them a bit as I got along, also Thrifty Thursday.
I’m with you, these TMST posts are a blast, even when I can’t think of an answer, it still is fun to try. And I love how many folks are participating now. Yea!!
I love reading and writing the TMST posts for the same reason- fun and no pressure, but getting to know folks.
I agree – TMST posts are among my faves, for both reasons.
I like these types of posts to write as well because you don’t have to think up the topic and you can be brief or long.
Have a lovely day.
