What is Task It Tuesday? It is where every week I list a task or tasks that I would like to accomplish on my blog or in Real Life before next Tuesday. It can be big or small but the goal is to get something done that will make my blog/reading life/challenges run smoother, faster, or more efficient and/or get those simple or complex tasks done in my real life.
This week wasn’t to crazy but Thursday I took off on a mini getaway until Sunday so I wasn’t able to do as much as I wanted to. I did realize I want to adjust the Limabean Designs logo and make the header for the website a little different. So this week I will be working on the HTML/CSS and the Design of the website. I did do a bunch more for my spreadsheet and I am happy to say it is almost done but sadly no Posts have been drafted so this week I will be working on this again. I am hoping to make a dent in the Spreadsheet and Posts then squeezing in the Design for Limabean Designs. So this week this is what I have planned.
My Task(s) this week:
- Spreadsheets ~ If I have time I would like to finish up my spreadsheet and add anything new before I get behind again
- Posts ~ Just need to get some stuff drafted and then fill them in eventually
- HTML/CSS/Design ~ Going to work on the design for the header and figure out what I want the website to look like then I am going to jump in head first and start building the website. Fingers crossed I can remember everything I learned and I don’t kill anyone in the processes 😉

Good luck with CSS – It’s really not that hard. If you have a ‘visual’ mind, it’s easier to learn than HTML. 🙂
I totally agree, for some reason CSS came easier for me. HTML is intimidating but I will figure it out, I hope lol
Are you going to design a whole website for Limabean Designs? I am curious! I hope to have some time this week to get a few posts written, but I think it will wait till later this month again. I still have a nice buffer, but my amount of scheduled posts has been going down a bit. I hope this week will be a productive week for you!
Yes, I want to see if i can do it and if I can I want to perfect it so I can build websites for others as well.
I am going to work on the design of it and then start with the HTML and build the structure of the site. I am excited and nervous all at the same time, I just don’t want to disappoint myself if I get stuff or frustrated.
I hope it is productive also, I am really trying to feel my blogging mojo again.
Next year learning CSS is on my agenda. I shouldn’t have any major work projects so I am hoping to squeeze that in 🙂
I found CSS to be easier than HTML apparently I’m backwards 🙂 I hope you get a chance to learn it. I’m realizing coding is exactly what I want to do!
I’ve got all my stuff done for the next couple days so I’m gonna enjoy the break:D

I have a task but not made it an official post..lol. I am working on Goodreads, making new list and putting my books were they belong..I have never really organized GR and weeding out any books I don’t think I really want on my TBR pile any more (like ones you put there cause of giveaways..lol) If there are some on there I don’t have I am putting them on my amazon wishlist as you never know when a great deal might come around..I am learning to look at it every day..lol. 🙂

I did that in the beginning of the year because I wanted to use Goodreads more for organizing my books and keep track than anything else. It made all my choices so much easier. That’s when I started the spreadsheet after that so I can keep track of dates also. I deleted a TON of books off my TBR some I don’t even remember liking and some I had doubles of. That’s a great task! Good Luck!
