This is both Berls and My Sign Up post for this event. I personally have never done this one but I couldn’t pass up spending a week reading horror books and I found THE PERFECT books to read! I am so excited! 🙂
Michelle’s Book List…
I recently found out that KU has some Point Horror books from when I was a kid available to read. I am so excited about the idea of re-reading these stories since most of them I honestly don’t remember. So I am hoping to read at least 3 or 4. I am listing a few more because they are fast reads so I might be able to do more. All of the books are from the same Author Richie Tankersley Cusick, I will list the books below, you can also check out my Goodreads Shelf
- April Fools by Richie Tankersley Cusick
- Trick or Treat by Richie Tankersley Cusick
- The Lifeguard by Richie Tankersley Cusick
- Scarecrow by Richie Tankersley Cusick
- Silent Stalker by Richie Tankersley Cusick
- Teachers Pet by Richie Tankersley Cusick
If for some reason I am not liking these stories, I have other books ready to go but I hope to enjoy these as much as my younger self did.
Berls’s Book List
If you know me, you know I don’t really read scary books. But way back when I got ambitious and bought a few with the intention of reading them. Guess what? I haven’t read them yet. Surprised? Me either. But this seems like the perfect time. I’m listing several books, but in reality, I’ll probably only read one because I’m a super slow reader these days. But I can try for a couple!
Are you joining Fraterfest?
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading!

Have fun! I thought about it, but a) I don’t do scary, and b) between my work, my choruses, and the ARCtober challenge, I’m swamped!
