My garden is growing very large, I am very proud of it. We had a couple of very hot days and some of the leaves on the bottoms of the plants are getting a little brown. I have been watering them a lot but the sun is super hot and it’s hard to keep up. The soil dries up almost instantly when the sun hits so I try very hard to water them twice a day if I have to unless I know it’s going to rain. I haven’t picked anything yet but I have a few peppers that are ready to be served. My tomatoes are still green but I think in a few weeks they will be nice plump red tomatoes π YAY! My squash plant finally has flowers so my little flying saucer squash will be blooming soon.
I made a Pinterest board that has tips and gardening ideas on it feel free to follow π
So lets see how my garden is growing, shall we π

Ive lost two plants already and my squash plant has a bunch of flowers but no veggies so I am hoping it’s not a dud like last time I did them. It’s been super hot and we went away and someone was suppose to water the garden for me but never did π
My daughter and I picked some cherry tomatoes but they never made it into the house because we eat them. But I have a LOAD of them so I might have to open a stand and start selling I don’t know what I am going to do with them all.
They did get big, it’s seriously radioactive soil. I lost the parsley and oregano but I think we are pretty good on tomatoes, 6 plants and it’s full of them.
You have to see the garden now, these pictures aren’t even close to how big it got over a week lol.
Remember gardens can be done on a window sill or even a deck with just a few pots.
Awesome garden! I wish my garden would grow, it just kinda failed. LOL. I didnt realize the soil was completely packed with clay underneath so ya, no growing there. Are you gonna grow pumpkins?
Love that cheat sheet! I am gong to have to use it. My herbs are doing great. The rest of my veggies died off so they were replaced with flowers for now π
Oh no π My Parsley and oregano aren’t doing that great at all but I think the pot they are in is two small. I found a thing called a patio planter, I might grab a few of those to use next year for the herbs since I think they would grow better and has a lot more room.
Wow your garden has grown a lot! It’s amazing to see how much all the plants have grown. And that infogrpahic is so handy! I am going to pin that as well! I have chives and basil in the windowsil here, oops. They do seem to be growing well though. I really want a coriander plant as well as I often use that while cooking.
You have to see the garden now lol, It’s like I have radioactive soil π
I want to do herb plants in the winter if I can since I use a LOT of basil and when you buy it from a store it never last long. Well if they are growing I would just leave them lol
Wow! Your garden is awesome! My garden is sad, sad, sad. It’s a bummer.

Wow, everything is looking great…I have a baby eggplant too! So far I have picked about a dozen tomatoes and eight jalapeno peppers. π

Oh wow! Everything is so green and huge! Those peppers! O_O
I’m totally envious. I wish I had a place for more fruits and veggies! And that it wasn’t so darn hot!

my soils has a lot of rocks in it but it’s been treated for so long I think everything will grow even the massive weeds.
No pumpkins, I have little flying saucer squash, I tried pumpkin on year but I would need a lot more space and I love my tomatoes and peppers π
