Running out of batteries and being alone in a shelter for two years, after the zombies came, will make any girl run out of her safe place to find what she needs. What are the batteries for? You have to read the book. Along the way Annie finds Beck an extremely handsome fella. Beck has been looking for anyone to help him and thankfully he finds Annie.
This book is short but amazing, as always, from Staci. I actually want more, I loved the end but I want a lot more. I want to see what will happen next. I know the end is the end but I don’t want it to be the end.
If you love Zombies and some steamy sex (not together, that’s a totally different kind of book) then you will love this. It’s a short read but Staci can write an amazing book no matter how long it is. Totally recommend, you will not be disappointed and I wish this was a series…just sayin 😉

Aww, I’m disappointed this isn’t a series because I might’ve read it! I don’t care for short stories though :-/ But this one does sound fun! I do wonder what those batteries are for though *side-eyes #3 on her list*

I wish it was a novel and not a novella. I loved the idea. It would have been fun to read more about the MC and maybe others. Would love it to be a serial but I think she wrote it for fun 🙂 you really should read it, it’s not long at all.
