I found a kitten….Like so far when someone passes, I seem to find an animal. This little baby was by my work, skinny, dirty and obviously in need. I was able to catch it and bring it home…..Well now i’m invested and we are pretty much going to keep it…..What’s one more cat.
We think the baby can’t really see very well. So far all tests are negative for Feline HIV and leukemia, which allows us to keep it by the other cats. However it seems like it can’t really see, it can see light but not sure clearly. The baby is very loving, we just need to get the other animals to warm up to it. Oh and we also don’t know if it’s a boy or girl since they couldn’t find his little balls but they might not have dropped. It’s only 2 months so the next visit will tell us the gender so we can finally name it.
We have the baby confined to our sunroom so it’s a nice big space for it to hang out until we can bring it in the house.
This week was pretty good. Not too much has happened and we even got my moms house sold, so now it’s just a matter of doing all the additional things before we can officially close. This weekend coming up we plan to do an estate sale to see if we can find home for all her stuff. We took a lot of it but some stuff we just can’t fit in our house. Once that is all done, I think we can finally sit back and process everything that has happened in the last 4 months. I am not even sure if we will be able to process but for now I have a kitten to take care of…and this one is very needy! We love it.
Hoping to have more bookish updates soon. I am feeling in a reading mood and I haven’t felt like this in a long time so I am excited. 🙂 Also in a spooky reading mood..so I am looking forward to reading some spooky stuff!

Sometimes you just need a kitten and this one is adorable! I hope you get some reading and kitty distraction to make the week a little easier. I remember closing my grandparents’ estate and my in-laws and it is an exhausting emotionally draining task. Take care of yourself and update with more kitten info!

Ooooh kitty! I’m kinda sad I never find abandonned animals like this … then again i’d 100% keep it, and i’m at capacity with my 3 🙈
