Top Ten Most Anticipated Books For The Second Half of 2017
For some reason I thought I had 12 books but I can only think of 10 at the moment so that works. These books I am dying to get my hands on and I am dying to read. So they are my most anticipated and most don’t come out until Sept & Oct, a few, just came out or will be out next month. I was going to list all the covers but decided to list title and author with a link to goodreads.
- All the Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater
- The Devil you know by MC Atwood
- There’s someone inside your house by Stephanie Perkins
- An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson
- Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco
- Warcross by Marie Lu
- And then there were four by Nancy Werlin
- Forest of Thousand Lanterns by Julia Dao
- Lois Lane: Triple Threat by Gwenda Bond
- Spellslinger by Sebastian Castell
I don’t even know where to start when it come to all these books, I want them all and they are my most anticipated for this year. Especially The Devil you know, Hunting Prince Dracula and There’s Someone inside your House. Those three I am DYING TO GET MY HANDS ON!!!
What is your most anticipated book of 2017 so far?

I am definitely interested in the Stephanie Perkins. Hope you enjoy all of these!!
Awesome list. I hope you enjoy them. Anyway, I’m curious about the three you mention above. Sounds AMAZING. I’m gonna check them out. 😁👍🏻
There’s Someone Inside Your House and Warcross are two I’m looking forward to!
I am so excited for those two. I really hope they don’t disappoint! I am counting down until there release day.
OOh nice! Some new to me ones but obviously some familiar ones too! 😉
Stop by my post if you have time!

I’ve gotten to the point where I have no idea what’s coming out and when. Book overload, I guess.
Me too but I got a list from Penguin to request (of course I didn’t get picked) but they have been on my radar since then.
All The Crooked Saints was on my list this week too!
That cover has me wanting that book so bad. Synopsis is awesome too 🙂
Yes, Maggie Stiefvater’s books always have the most stunning covers!
There’s Someone in Your House is on my TBR. That title reminds me of the R.L. Stine Babysitter books that used to scare me half to death in the 80s! I’m curious about Hunting Prince Dracula. I have Hunting Jack the Ripper on my TBR and am really wanting to read it.
Exactly! That is what is reminds me of. I am looking for books like that.
If you haven’t read Jack the Ripper, you need too. That book is amazing and I can’t wait to read this new one.
I’m really enjoying this week’s TTT. I’m adding books to scope out while I’m at ALA! 🙂 There’s Someone Inside Your House just made the list and I hadn’t even heard of it. Hope you’ll have a chance to get all of them!
It was a fun topic, I really want Warcross, it looks so good. I can’t wait until these are released.
Yours is the second list in a row where I didn’t know about any of the books (except that I saw a few of them on the first list.) I’ll definitely be checking out the Stiefvater book. An Enchantment of Ravens sounds awesome. And Spellsinger sounds like fun, too. Cool picks!
Spellsinger was actually on Netgalley and I got denied for it but I still want to read it because it sounds so interesting. I am hoping to maybe pick some up at BookCon but either way I am going to def get these when they come out. 🙂
I’m amassing a long list to look for at the library. Our library does this great weekly newsletter of books they’ve recently purchased, and I watch it for all the titles I’d like to read but don’t want to purchase.
I wish my library was up to date on reads. Our library is so outdated it’s so sad. They are trying to make things better but haven’t done the books, not sure they plan to.
With all the budget cuts, it’s hard for libraries to keep buying new books. 🙁
