Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010. This feature was created because they are particularly fond of lists at The Broke and the Bookish. They love to share lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Topic of the week ~ Read in one Sitting
This is very rare for me…..I am not counting Dewey Read-a-thon books because I’m suppose to read those in one sitting but some books I started very late in the night and finished the next day so I am totally counting those because technically it was within a 24 hour period.

- These are such awesome reads, out of all of them I think “This is Where it ends” was my favorite.
- That book still kills me and makes me cry. Desperate Measures needs to me a full length novel, but I don’t think she plans to write it which is very sad.
- The Great Shelby Holmes I didn’t even realize I read the entire book in one day, I was just reading and it was over and I was like wow. 🙂
- The Haunting of LittleFoot Orphanage was ok, it was a little too short and needed a LOT of character build
- Midnight, Ghost and Gold was FANTASTIC! Goonies with Ghosts
- The Infamous Ratsos was super cute. I enjoyed that one
- Shadow House was just a bit creepy and I loved the idea that it had an app to enhance the story.
- Monsters around the Campfire was a collection of stories that I just found to be creepy and fun to read. Some were super creepy.
- Turner Street was so well done. It was a collection of stories that all linked together and each chapter was a different POV. I really enjoyed it. I plan to read the next in the series.
- Who doesn’t love Wonder Woman, this was so cute and I just couldn’t put it done.
What are some of the stories you read in one sitting?
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading!

These all sound like so much fun! I want to check out the Wonder Woman one especially! Thanks for sharing, Michelle!
Wonder Woman Was cute and I know she has a bunch of other superhero girl books too. 🙂
Reading a book in 1 day is super rare for me too – I struggled putting this list together. I have The Great Shelby Holmes – I’ll have to grab it as a quick read sometime. Happy Hump day 🙂 The week’s half over!
I can start a book one day and finish it the next. So it’s finished in a 24 hour (sort of) period . I count the 24 hours I am awake. Not the sleeping hours. Those don’t count! 😛
The readathon definitely counts! I really want to try the Shelby Holmes series and Midnight Ghosts and Gold really caught my eye!
Lol, it’s more of an accomplishment for me to read a book in a day. Goodness I try but unless I start early and ignore everyone it never happens.
I still need to read The Great Shelby Holmes! Some good ones here! 🙂
It really was cute and it’s a very quick read. Plus it’s about dogs and you like dogs.
Ooh nice! These are all totally new to me ones! Seeing such a variety of books today! It’s always amazing to see what we can all do with a whole day in our hands! LOL!
Old Follower 🙂
If I had a lot of whole days I could get so much more accomplished 🙂 I wish I had the time!
Turner Street looks messed up 🙂 and Desperate Measures looks like fun too!
Turner street was so good, my review for it will be up, Thursday, I think. I need to get the rest of them. Desperate Measures was fun, it’s a short book, I wish she would write it in a full length or series.
I bought This is Where it Ends and haven’t had a chance to read it yet. I’m beginning to think you are now in control of my TBR. 😉
I have never been a big fan of Wonder Woman. I just didn’t get her at all but the trailer before Beauty and the Beast makes me want to go see it like right now!
I secretly might be 😉 This is Where it ends had a few issues but I killed me that book!
I like old Linda carter Wonder Woman, the new one looks good but I’ll watch when it’s in tv.
