Top Ten Books to have in your beach bag

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010. This feature was created because they are particularly fond of lists at The Broke and the Bookish. They love to share lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
I am going rouge! Well not really, Top Ten Tuesday is on hiatus until August so I figured I would look at the list of posts that have been done already and pick a few to do that I never got the chance to do myself. I started this late so it has a lot of posts I have never done before. So the next couple weeks while she is on hiatus I will be going rouge and doing a few of my own!

Topic of the week ~ Top Ten Books to have in your Beach Bag

The summer always reminds me of light and quick reads, nothing to heavy or anything that I have to think a lot about. Some reason I always associate Winter with Fantasy or Heavy reads and Summer with Light, Romance or Novellas.

Here is the list of books I think you should have in your beach bag this summer…

These are some of the fun books that would be good to sit on the beach with. I don’t do the beach so I would totally take these pool side. Some are laugh out loud funny and all have a great cast of characters. I really enjoyed all of these books and can’t recommend them enough to you. Time to fill up your beach bag with fun reads!

What books do you recommend to take to the beach?

Thank for stopping by!

Have an awesome day and Happy Reading!

  1. I forgot about Wish You Were Italian! It looks adorable! I wanted to read it when it first came out but then forgot all about it. I’ve read one book by Ashley MacNamara but really need to read more especially now that I’m back on historical romance. And seriously I can’t handle the cover of Big Rock. I’ve heard the book is awesome but I think I’d need to get it on my Kindle!
