My Review

I saw this book on Amazon one day and downloaded for free but never had a chance to read it. I have noticed this book around on blog tours and have always wanted to read it. I even entered a few giveaways to try and win the 1st and 2nd book. Never won, so when the H.B. Bolton contacted me via email I was so excited that we wanted me to read her series  I was really looking forward to reading and now I was getting the chance. Was I disappointed? Nope this was a fantastic read, one that I plan to make…yes make….my son read. I think he would really enjoy and as much as I did.

Evan and Claire have a great brother & sister chemistry. I loved how much they grow throughout the book. I loved the world build and the story. I don’t have a lot of knowledge of Norse mythology so I had to look a lot of people up. I think I needed a little more explanation on who each person/god was. Once I figured them out I really enjoyed it, I actually loved them underwater, That entire part of the book was my favorite.

I gave the Serpents Ring 4/5 stars, It is a wonderful read filled with action, adventure, humor and a lot of fun. Can’t wait to read the next one in the series.
