24 hour Dewey #Readathon April 2020~ I’m IN! #booklover

Posted April 20, 2020 by Michelle in 24 hour RAT / 14 Comments

I am TOTALLY in, since I’m home anyway! 🙂

Don’t forget you can find Michelle most of the day on Twitter and Instagram
and will be updating my status on Goodreads as well while I read.

It’s been a while since I was able to full commit to a 24 hour readathon but this time I think I should be able to do it.
It’s also suppose to be a nice day, so I might be able to sit in the yard and read to get out of the house for a bit. I am super excited about doing this.

I am hoping to read at least 2 books this time, if I read more that is a total bonus but I just want to relax and enjoy a good book or two.

I am hoping to read Rakes and Roses and maybe Elysium Girls, however, since I am sticking to my physical shelf this time, I could read just about anything since I want to read all the books! 🙂

About Michelle

I am a mom to two pretty amazing kids, four pretty cute fluffy children and a wife to one adorable husband. I am a gamer, reader and a graphic designer with 20 years experience. I recently started my own business "Limabean Designs" to help other bloggers, authors and anyone else create amazing things that they would be proud to show off. I have been reading since forever and started blogging because I love sharing all the awesome books this world has to offer. I am also the co-host for the COYER Challenge, Reading Assignment Challenge and the Bookish Resolutions Challenge. I try to create a warm welcoming environment on my blog where authors, readers, and bloggers will have a great time. Let’s chat books, games, blogging, recipes, design, or family over a cup of coffee and a glass of wine!

  1. I don’t think I’ve ever known what this readathon is about but I’ve seen it around for years!
Good luck with the reading and you’re not wrong in that it’s the perfect time to take part!

    • They have it twice a year, It’s fun to see how long I can last. I made it until 12am and I was able to read one book and start another. Not my best readathon but I am so glad I participated. 🙂

  2. I may try to do this this year! I normally have something that is impossible to work around every readathon but this year I’m wide open!

    • I would love to do the entire thing but I will see how it goes, I haven’t been sleeping all that great so I might be able to stay up late.
Rakes and Roses is a proper romance, I didn’t know you liked those? I absolutely love them, I can’t seem to get enough of reading them 🙂
