Real Life & Blog News:
Going to breakfast this morning to celebrate mom’s day with my mom and then going to visit my nanny. So I might not be around in the morning but I plan to spend the rest of the day doing what I love most, visiting, commenting, setting up posts and reading. 🙂
However, I might not be able to move anyway because I spent all day Saturday setting up my garden and have some great pictures to share for next weeks “How does my garden grow?” post. I am seriously out of shape and hurt in places I didn’t even think could hurt but it looks very nice and I can’t wait for the yummy veggies and herbs to grow.
So BIG news! I did everything ass backwards but My Limabean Designs is now OPEN FOR BUSINESS. I still have a LOT to do with it (like register the name) but at of right now I can start taking requests for quotes. I have to talk with the lawyer my sister works for and my dad’s accountant to make sure everything is in place but for now I at least can start doing a few things and I was so excited, I jumped the gun in getting it out but I was very excited and don’t think I will get a lot of request now but I hope I will soon. I have a Facebook Page so feel free to give it a like 🙂 I will be posting all the stuff I do and giving updates on discounts and sales that I might have throughout the year. Had to change the name to My Limabean Designs instead of Limabean Designs because believe it or not someone already had it and even though it’s in another country and spelled different I didn’t want to take the chance and steal it from anyone so I changed mine a little, once I register it I am hoping it will go ok or I might have to change it again (see ass backwards) I need to make a contract and fix my Terms of Service but this is all new to me so I do hope by the end of the year all the i’s will be dotted and the t’s will be crossed 🙂
Other than that things have been ok, still having issues with my son but we are still working on adjusting his meds. At the moment he is very mean and rude, we are not sure if that is a side effect of his meds but his allergies are really bad and that might be making him a little more short-tempered than normal since he’s so uncomfortable. It seems his impulses are out of control and his sensory is on over drive but Ryan is made up of so many layers we never know what he is going to do once the meds kick in. He has been very aggressive with his sister and the dog so I have to watch him very closely. Either way we will figure it out, we always do 🙂

My dad is going to help me with it I hope, since I tend to second guess myself all the time he is hesitant to help me sometimes thinking its a phase but this is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time and at 41 I think I better start now if I really want to do this 🙂

Yes it is sort of a retelling, I am not sure how to explain it. Its more of a retelling of the fairytale world.
Everytime I look at your Dexter I see my Dresden..it’s so funny that they look so much alike! Mine is underfoot all the time too. 🙂 You did good just getting one book..I did not..lol.

Happy mother’s day! We’re visiting my boyfriend’s parents today and I send my mom a gift card as she lives too far away to visit for a few hours. I can’t wait to seee your next Garden posts, I don’t have a garden so it’s fun to see your updates.
And I am so exicted for your design business! I hope you get some clients soon. The first year is the hardest, after that it onyl becoems easier. And it’s good you already have done a lot of design which you can show off.

Thank you, The first year with be all trial and error. I still have the behind the scenes stuff to finish but the step to put it out would never happen if I did that first. This is like a push to get it done now!
He has his issues but I love him so much and just want him to be comfortable and happy.

I hope you’ll have a nice breakfast with your mom, and visit with your nanny! And poor Ryan (and the rest of you, too) it must be exhausting to take meds, and then not have them work exactly the way they’re supposed to. I’ll continue to send healing, calming thoughts his way.
Hook’s Revenge looks good! My youngest daughter is on a Tinker Bell kick these days… and of course, Captain Hook is also included in some of her adventures.

The first book is sooooo cute. This is the second one but it’s all about Captain Hooks daughter. If shes a reader she might enjoy it. I never read the Pixie Hollow books, always wanted to. I hope my daughter will be interested in stuff like that when shes big enough to read.
