My Review ~

Delilah Dusticle is back and this time she is traveling to Transylvania for a very important job Delilah and her BFF Abi have started a business were they clean houses, using her special cleaning skills their cleaning business is doing very well. One of Delilah clients gives her a letter that asks her to travel to Transylvania to help clean a house before a huge party for Count W. Dracula. Once there Delilah find out a lot about herself in a fun and cute adventure.

I adore Delilah and it was nice to enter into her world again. With a Grumpy Sponge, Count W. Dracula with a Tan, British Spy Maids, an Evil Baroness and her entourage this is a super cute novella, full of action, mystery and magic. Delilah has a special gift and learns a lot about herself in this book. I love the illustrations in the book they really gave a lot to the story and are so cute! I thought this story had a more fun factor than the first one and I really enjoyed the magic parts of it. However I will be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot of the magic since the first one really didn’t have it, so it seemed strange at first (ie talking spiders) but I really like the direction this series will be going and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.

I gave Delilah Dusticle’s Transylvanian Adventure 4/5 stars. Once again A.J. York created such a great cast of characters and a really cute story that was so funny and full of adventure. This is a great read for kids and for adults looking for a fun imaginative read. I cannot wait to see where Delilah goes next.
