My Review:
I actually loved this book, I think more because Robyn just might be me and how I feel about christmas. She is over the top Christmas girl and it reminds me of how much I love it. This is a super cute and quick holiday read that has all the warm and fuzzies you want in a holiday book.
Robyn gets a new job and pretty much gets suckered into auctioning herself off during the annual Christmas auction to be someones date for the day. She has an anonymous bidder and is sent on a few missions that are all Christmas related. She is over the moon with the requests and has a blast but when she sort of embarrasses herself at the end of the day and realizes that her winner was actually the billionaire CEO of the company who pretty much hates everything Christmas she is determined to change his mind.
Robyn was so much fun and Aaron was adorable but a little grumpy for a good portion of this book but it was great to see them interact and how seriously determined she was to make him like Christmas. After finishing this book I couldn’t want for Christmas and it made me want to watch Hallmark Christmas movies which I believe this would make a great one, by the way.
Looking for something quick and Christmas fuzzy? This is the perfect book to get you in the holiday mood. If my family would let me I might have decorated the house after reading this. 😉
Thank you so much for stopping by to check out my review
Hope you have a great day and Happy Reading!
You are on the ball with those Christmas books this year…read some for me. 🙂
Looks good thanks!!
This does sound absolutely delightful, Michelle! And a good way to get into the holiday spirit which I might need this week as I work with a public frantically seeking the perfect gift…and pissed off when I don’t have it! 😉 But seriously, I do like the sound of this one. I’m off to see if it’s still a freebie. 😀
This sounds lovely! I’m a little wary of the billionaire genre because sometimes the balance of power seems to skewed and I don’t like feeling one of the people in the couple is there because she has to be. I really like the sounds of this one as it seems like they need each other. Adding to my TBR!
