Sunday’s Week in Review

Posted May 19, 2013 by Michelle in The Sunday Post, WIReadview / 0 Comments

I have to say not much went on this week. It’s been a rather boring week 🙂
I have been getting my stuff together to bring more content to you all.
I realize I have been lacking in that area. I have been trying to organize myself a little more. (easier said then done) 🙂
I was glad to be able to get a few reviews done and Post the Review for The Hero’s Guide and I figured because all my followers are awesome I would do a Giveaway!!!!
I do hope you entered…Prize is a $10 Gift Card to Amazon or B&N (I haven’t done one in a while and I thought you all deserved something special)
I read a lot of great books last year but I didn’t start really reviewing until the beginning of this years so when I say I am NEW I am really NEW at this. I wanted to make a list of all the books I have read so coming soon on the tabs above I will have a list of books I have read and the rating I gave them. Some of them are great books that I will eventually be reviewing to share with you all.I also have a few reviews waiting to be posted. Don’t like to post to many times in one day.

Couple tours this week as well so hope you will stop by to see what is going on.

I was also thinking of doing a summer reading list. Which I’m finding to be very hard to create. I threw the list away so far twice because I can’t figure out what books to read. To many good ones and a few I am waiting for 🙂
I do have a few tours coming with reviews which I love to do
and a couple requests from authors.
The Trouble With Toads (The Secret Stepsister Society, #1)

(The Secret Stepsister Society, #1)
by Danyelle Leafty
This one I am doing for a blog tour.
This is actually going to be my next read
Found (Penny Black #1)

Found (Penny Black #1)
by Stacey Wallace Benefiel
I got this one on Netgalley.

I read mixed reviews on it so I’m hoping I like it.
Dead Letter Office

Dead Letter Office (Parish Mail #1)
by Kira Snyder
I got this one also on Netgalley
I really can’t wait to read this one.
I received this one from the author and it looks amazing. Another one I can’t wait to read
This is just a few of the ones that are my next reads.

So what is your next read?

At the moment I am reading and almost finished this book.
Love this book so far i have never read this genre, humorous mystery,
but I think i have found something new to read.
(this could be a good thing or a bad thing) 🙂
Portrait of a Dead Guy

Portrait of a Dead Guy
(A Cherry Tucker Mystery #1)
by Larissa Reinhart (Goodreads Author)

In Halo, Georgia, folks know Cherry Tucker as big in mouth, small in stature, and able to sketch a portrait faster than buckshot rips from a ten gauge — but commissions are scarce. So when the well-heeled Branson family wants to memorialize their murdered son in a coffin portrait, Cherry scrambles to win their patronage from her small town rival.

As the clock ticks toward the deadline, Cherry faces more trouble than just a controversial subject. Between ex-boyfriends, her flaky family, an illegal gambling ring, and outwitting a killer on a spree, Cherry finds herself painted into a corner she’ll be lucky to survive.

I have a giveaway going on so please don’t forget to enter to win a
$10 Gift Card to either B&N or Amazon
Just because I think you are all awesome
Next weekend I will be away for My husband and My Birthday.
So there will be no Sunday Week in Review (I know how sad you must be) 😉
I might do something special for you all on my birthday so check back on Tuesday to see what I have planned. (usually I get presents but I think I want to give you one instead)
Also Starting July 1st I will be joining the Circus 🙂 well sort of Its the Summer Circus Hop with lots of fun games and prizes. Details to Come
Now I am off to cook dinner then watch WWE Extreme Rules with the Family.
My little man who I have now made obsessed with wrestling insisted on the PPV since he was amazing in school this week we said yes. PPV are friggin expensive can’t do this every month 🙂

Oh before I forget is anyone going to BEA? I am so excited I am dragging my sister with me on Saturday June 1st  this will be my first time. I couldn’t get off work to do any other day but honestly since it’s my first time I’m not sure what to expect if its as awesome as I hope it is I will try to do more next year!!!

So until next time
Have a great week
Happy reading
