A Good Reading Week ~WIR & TSP

WIR vectorstock_43821-1-1Week in READ-view is a post I have posted on Sundays telling you what I have been up to this week and what I read or am reading. The Sunday Post is a meme sponsored by the awesome Kimba at the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Real Life & Blog News:

I am in the middle of serious Blogger Block. I have been trying to write posts but just can’t think of anything. I am also battling a bit of what I like to call the lazies. Now sure what is going on with me this week but I am hoping to snap out of it soon but I think I’ll blame the funky weather.

I read two amazing books this week and one that I needed to bail on. I am super bummed about it since I loved the first one. I was just so bored that I really just didn’t care about anyone in the book anymore. After two amazing books I was hoping for a great reading week. So instead I can say it was a good reading week.

Otherwise I have nothing else to report πŸ™‚ Looking forward to this week being, maybe, productive on the blog and me snapping out of this funk.

This Week on the Blog:

I have been a lazy blogger, I have a few posts that I am hoping to do this weekend for this week, so I apologize for the lack of posts the last couple of weeks. I was all booked for Feb and totally flaked on March πŸ™ Looking forward to the week long bloggiesta because I plan to get ahead in a big way.

The List below is what I hope to have this week except the review that one will be on Monday.

  • Review of Hardcore Volume 3 by Staci Hart
  • App Review ~ Dumb Ways to Die
  • Top Ten Favorite RPG Video Games I played as a kid
  • Just a Random Post: Book vs. Ebook

  2. I hope you get out of your blogger block soon! I really need to get working on some posts soon as well, my problem is that I have ideas lying around, but can’t find time or inspiration to write them.
I had a pretty good reading week as well, although more in the sense that I read a lot of books, although that’s also because I read some short stories.

Buttons is so cute! Although I do wonder how she can sleep like that with her head butted against your laptop.

  3. I hope you get over your blogging slump soon! I don’t like when I get off like that though it’s generally my brain telling me to take a rest. That’s too bad about having to DNF a book especially since you enjoyed the first one but at least you had 2 great reads to make up for it. Have a great week!

  4. Blogging blocks are hard to deal with, but they do stop… I agree with Iza, change of seasons make me feel a little bit in a funk sometimes, too, but it doesn’t last forever.
Miss Buttons is so cute, and maybe it’s because she’s snoring when you try to blog that it’s difficult for you to come up with ideas?
Have a great week ahead, Michelle. Happy reading.
