Off the Blog:
The weather needs to pick something, I am TIRED OF THE AC already. I want cool weather with chilly breezes and open windows. No more of this HOT SHIT! I want fall, cozy blankets, chilly nights and hot coco. I am hoping this week it cools off so far Sept and Oct have been hotter than Summer. Nate is suppose to pass by this week also so we might get some rain and I am hoping that will be the relief we need!
I also updated the SSL Certificate on the blog, I cheated a little and changed the HTTPS and installed a plugin to help update the rest (I am hoping I can figure out how to do it with code but for now it works). If the host updates my server I might have issues with other stuff but for now our site is secure. 🙂
This week was a regular week, My husband I celebrated our 15 year anniversary on Thursday. We went out to dinner and did our annual walk around Target after dinner. Usually it’s to walk off the Sangria we drank. The restaurant, Spuntinos, we usually go to is across the parking lot from Target. The place is my FAVORITE, expensive but the food is YUMMY!. I had my polenta fries and Fig & Prosciutto Pizza (Fig Jam, Prosciutto, Caramelized Onions and Gorgonzola Cheese) since it’s Tapas it’s small plates but the food is sooooo good! It’s my favorite place to eat, my husband isn’t a fan but he goes for me. He loves me! 🙂
I GOT A NEW BOOKSHELF! I have needed one for so long and now I will spend most of today trying to decided what books I want to keep and what I want to get rid of. I can also FINALLY take my Harry Potter Books out of storage and display them like they are suppose to be displayed. I am so happy to have a big shelf. I will have a picture for you next weekend when I figure out how I want it to layout. 🙂
Otherwise this has been a pretty good week. FINALLY! YAY!
Blogging News and Updates:
I am doing pretty good, I am about a week, maybe two ahead and I plan to spend a lot of today doing more blog posts to finish off October. Berls and I are filling the months pretty quickly that we are running out of room so you might see more than one post a day on some days.
I am sorry for the lack of visits yet again! I do love you all and I am so sorry, I am really trying, I have been very busy with design work and my nights are taken up doing that. I am trying to get caught up with premades and I am almost ready for them all to go live. Fingers crossed I get some sales! 🙂 I will be around today to visit!

Oops….
I forgot to share the last Whimisfy Box and I just got the new one this week, they never come in the month they are meant to. I have cancelled it since it’s ships on the 20th of the month and I never seem to get it until 2 weeks later in the next month. I am considering going back to uppercase box or just moving on and trying something new…any recommendations?

We had some great fall weather, but also some days were it’s suddenly warm again, it’s weird. I hope it cools down soon where you live!
I haven’t looked into the SSL certificate thing much as my hosting provider charges a lot for it, but maybe in the future.

Happy Anniversary! The Tapas place sounds so good. We had a fantastic one here but it went out of business a few years ago and nothing has really replaced it which makes me sad as I really miss it! Yay for a new bookshelf! I love sorting through books and putting them all up. Sounds like a fun day! Have a great week!

We had the windows open today and it got to be 79 in here, so so much for cool breezes! What is up with that? I mean it was nice, not humid, but still… it’s fall, I want fall weather, you know??!? lol

Ooohhh…. the series reading challenge looks really tempting!!! I just don’t know if I have one I’m in the mood to binge right now, but I’m going to think on it 🙂 I’m still a few books behind on Harry Potter and was thinking of reading it in the back half of the year…. but so. many. pages. (I feel like the worlds worst bookworm for saying I haven’t read Harry Potter)

Odd and True looks good. The month-long challenge sounds fun, but I get burnout reading a series back to back. One every 3-6 weeks is more my taste. Good luck to all.
Odd and True is actually about the Jersey Devil and I didn’t even realize it lol So I am so excited to really get into it.
It’s like a binge watch in reading, I have done it once or twice but not for a challenge, I can’t do more than 3 books so I am keeping it to trilogies! 🙂

It has been too warm lately for Fall, hopefully it cools off soon. Happy Anniversary, that place sounds good. I like to go to a tropical restaurant that is next to a DSW, so I walk off my drinks there while drooling over the pretty shoes I want lol 🙂

it’s fun to walk around a store after a few drinks but you can fall victim to drunk shopping and that can be dangerous! 😉
