Real life & Blogging:
Taking the summer off might have been the best thing I ever did. I plan to do it again next year. For now I might have about 3 or 4 posts a week. This week coming up, I actually have 3, Go Me! Once I get back into having Fridays to myself I can start blogging again. My son is officially back to school but my daughter still have two weeks (due to school renovations that are taking a rather long time) However, she really doesn’t bother me much and I can get a lot done now that I am not traveling on the weekend anymore. Now I just have to deal with Football games on the weekend since she is a cheerleader and a lot of them seem to be late at night but thankfully most are on Saturday, except for this weekend which she has a game Sunday (today) at 12:30. (I’ll be around later to comment back)
I have a lot planned for blogging the next few months, Task it Tuesday is back once a month and I will also be doing more Tea with book posts and plan to also do a recipe and book type of post. I also have another post in mind that included wine but I am still working out the details for how to actually do that one. I will throw in some reviews, Waiting on Wednesdays and top ten/five lists. My goal is to do at least 3 posts a week and leaving room for Berls is she has time but with the baby it might be just me for a while on the blog.
Can you read a series in a month will be back in November and I will also have a few fun October type posts with book recommendation and maybe even something to do with movies. I am also trying to find a few horror podcasts to listen too to also do posts again.
I might be changing the way I do reviews, just need a bit of a change.
Real life has been ok, had an issue with my meds and stuff got a little crazy for about two weeks but it’s all good now. I am feeling better and just need to talk to my doctor again because I think I need an adjustment. We also adjusted my sons meds because his anxiety was out of control. I took a lot of time to myself and spent a lot of time with the family and I enjoyed every minute of it. I think for me Summer is going to be my blogging break but for now I am back and I am so very happy to be…I missed you all, like a LOT!!!
What I am watching:
Criminal Minds….I am currently on season 4 and loving every minute of it. I can’t get enough of this show, I just love them but that is because I am in a weird murder mood. (I personally don’t want to murder anyone but I find it fascinating)
Speaking of murder…because we where, I finished Crime Junkies Podcast and now binging Small Town Murders which is hilarious and fantastic. They talk about True Crimes but give it a funny twist. If you have a silly sense a humor this is a podcast you must try. I laugh so hard, I cry.
What I am playing:
Do you really need to ask? I am currently still building the most amazing house and creating fun people. Also a new game pack comes out on Tuesday! I seriously love the SIMS!!! I am planning on sharing a lot of my build soon because some of them I just really do love.
Just for Fun:

So tell me what have you been reading and up to this week?
Hope you all have a fantastic week!!!
Happy Reading

Anne – Books of My Heart Here is my Sunday Post
My reading has sucked lol. So don’t feel bad. 🙂 Seriously though, taking the summer off honestly seems like such a good idea. Just to recharge and not have to worry about posts and stuff. Glad you had a nice break!
I’m slowly getting more into podcasts and a good horror one sounds like it would be kinda fun. Hope you find a good one!
Looking forward to your posts coming up too. Have a great week Michelle!
LOL!! That murder comment made me laugh!
I’m glad your excited to be back. I’m back too after a break where I was living at my mother in law for 3 months. We are in our new home now and I’m so excited to get my blog back on track again.
Have a great week and happy reading!
It’s good to hear you enjoyed your break and I’m glad you’re back!
The coming months present lots of opportunities to do things a bit different on the blog with Halloween and Christmas providing lots of material! I’m looking forward to shaking things up on my end too! Can’t wait to see what you have in store.
She’s back! I’m glad you had a great summer and are all charged up and ready for the best seasons of all. 😀
We watched all of Criminal Minds that Netflix has (which isn’t all the seasons) and enjoyed it. We’re watching Mindhunter and it’s so interesting because it’s the beginning of the Behavioral Analysis Unit and how it all got started. Fascinating! You should totally watch it next.
I hope you have a fantastic week, Michelle! XOXO
It was much needed!
I noticed they are all not on netflix but I am hoping they will be at some point. I really want to watch Mindhunter, I have a list that keeps growing of shows I want to watch.
Glad you enjoyed your summer off! (I love those Footloose lyrics, by the way.)
Thanks Nicole! It was so nice to have a break! 🙂
I understand why you take off during the summer but I am so glad you are coming back!!!!!!!!!!!! *hugs* I hope you know I will never be able to sing Footloose again without those words above creeping in!! 🙂
Have a great week and happy reading!

Lol, I can’t sing it anyway so now it’s more fun!
Hugs back!!
I love the Crime Junkies Podcast!! I’m glad you had a great summer off and feel rejuvenated! That’s important.
You must try Small Town Murders, I find it so very funny but the host tells an awesome story.
It feels good to take the time off and I am very happy to be back!
I’m glad you’re back!!! Yayy!! I’m happy things have been going well for you. I hope your daughter has fun at the game and cheerleading! Hopefully those renovations get done quickly. It’s always great to take time out and focus on being with those you love 🙂
Thank you! 🙂
It was such a nice break and wonderful to clear my head.
My daughter loves it and it’s a good way to get out of the house for a few hours and enjoy the fresh air. 🙂
They have been renovating since June. I noticed on Thursday the High School still wasn’t finished, I am not even sure my daughters school is done yet. It’s frustrating because I want them to be finished before the kids go back, it can be very noisy with all the construction .
