Outwithold

Berls @ Fantasy is more fun and I are recapping 2014 and looking ahead to 2015 the next 12 days. Feel free to join us!
I’ll be sharing highlights month-by-month and giving you a peak at what’s ahead in 2015.

Out With The Old: May 2014

Some Quick Facts:

2014 Introduced me to a lot of Challenges and read-a-thons. Before this year I never did them before and I did quite a few.

COYER of course, Bout of Books, May Clean Sweep Arc, Bloggiesta,Β  Blog Ahead Challenge, Netgalley November, Ho Ho Ho Read-a-thon, A Month of Giving Thanks.

I feel like I am missing a few but I was so excited to able to do them and co-hosting COYER has been so much fun not sure why I wanted so long to join in on Challenges and Read-a-thons

Whats to Come in 2015

Call me crazy but I am co-hosting 3 challenges this year and there is a strong possibility that we (Berls and I) might have another one in the works. Most of these sign-ups are open so you still have time to join as well.

COYER ~ 3month~ So Co-hosting COYER has been a blast and Berls and I are continuing this year to bring you more exciting and fun COYERS.Β  It will now be 3 months at a time one in the Winter and one in the Summer.

2015 Reading Assignment Challenge ~year long~ This year we also introduced another Challenge 2015 Reading Assignment Challenge, I am really excited about this one and getting to pick 12 books I must read this year is challenging and seems like a lot of fun to get to those books that you always wanted to read but never had the time to get to but now you MUST read them.

2015 Bookish Resolutions Challenge ~year long~ This one is co-hosted with me and Laura from Trips down imagination road. This is a fun challenge of picking between 1-5 bookish goals for the year that you must complete. All the details were released last week and you still have time to sign up.

Netgalley & Edelweiss Challenge ~ year long~ This one I need more than anyone realizes and since I read them anyway throught the year why not challenge myself to read 25 Netgalley/Edelweiss books.

Bout of books ~ This one I am looking forward to and it starts Jan 5th to Jan 11th

I want to list them all but this is just a few that I will be joining into, This year I plan to do the Dewey 24 hour Read-a-thon and I already warned my family that I can’t be bothered. On the top bar under my header I will be putting in a Challenge page so you can see what challenges I will be participating in this year. This is going to be a very busy year co-hosting two year long challenges but as you can tell I am always up for a challenge πŸ˜‰

Thanks for stopping by to Check out my recap of MayΒ  and what’s to come in 2015

Have a great day and Happy Reading

  1. What happened to “no more ideas,” you two?! HUH?!?! But I’m totally excited to see what you come up with. πŸ˜‰

I’m participating in a lot of challenges for 2015, and I’m eager to get started on all of them! If it weren’t for challenges, I’d never decide what to read next!

    • Me too, But you and Kim do that other challenge on Goodreads. I found that overwhelming but you girls like planning, I do too but I think that one is just to much πŸ™‚

I did a bunch this year and realized and I totally addicted to challenges, makes reading a lot more fun.

    • Summer COYER is fun πŸ™‚ I don’t do many challenges last year we my first year doing them and I am a bit addicted lol So I wanted to do a bunch and see how it goes.

    • That’s what I am worried about, keeping up with them but if I can’t do them all I wont stress, I want to do a few more and can’t wait to put up the page for progress πŸ™‚ it’s the year of challenges/readathons for me lol
