SCHOOL IS OUT! Well for one kid. The Boy ends on the 27th and then I can SLEEP until 6:30am at least until July 9th then my son has the extended school year for 3 weeks and then back to SLEEP until 6:30am plus no more lunches, homework or school projects. Lets the relaxing begin….just kidding, I still have to work during the day but it will hopefully be a little more relaxed and not so rushed.
Next weekend we are heading to the shore house and the kids are staying for the week. Since it’s the 4th of July that week I don’t have work on the Wednesday but it’s to much to drive back and forth to the shore so we wont be going down again until Thursday night after the 4th. I am looking forward to the quiet house to read, blog and design plus time with my husband, but I will miss those kids.
I might need some sort of meeting, I am obsessed with Reverse Harem, I read 4 this week, FOUR!! and going onto my Fifth one to start this week. Thank goodness for KU otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get through this obsession. I honestly can’t get enough of these books. I love the #whychoose idea. lol I have so many books I want to read but for now I am sticking to this since I am reading and that is what I have been missing the most.
I am slowly getting stuff done for the blog but since Berls is in blogging mode I am sure you will see a lot more from her, however, I am trying to get some stuff accomplished especially reviews of all the books I read so I don’t start forgetting.

What I grabbed
I love my uppercase box but i need it to step away from the YA Contemp books. I like them but not 100% into them at the moment. I am hoping these books will get my daughters attention when she gets to the age to read them however, I am not against reading them, they just aren’t my favorite. I need a book box that features more YA Fantasy and SciFi
The Winter Riddle! Look at that cover! New click on the book and go look at the synopsis! This is my christmas in July book for COYER! I can’t WAIT to read it.

So tell me what have you been reading and up to this week?
Hope you all have a fantastic week!!!
Happy Reading

Schools don’t break up here until the end of July but I have to say I’m really looking forward for some time off with the kiddo.
Reverse Harem books are pretty new to me but I’ve enjoyed the ones I’ve read so far. If you don’t mind Urban Fantasy, I thought the Four Horsemen series by LJ Swallow was pretty cool (It’s reverse harem and on KU.)
Have a great week!
That is on my wish list for RH. I’m going to try and read that one next 🙂
You have my undying sympathy for the getting up at 6:30 being a break. I have to get up at 6:30 when school is in session and it makes me want to cry on a regular basis. The quiet time at the house sounds wonderful even with missing the kids. I don’t think I’ve ever read a reverse harem but I’m intrigued. Have a great week!
Have fun at the shore house! I wish I had one of those. Enjoy your new books. Have a great week!
Yay for Reverse Harem!!! Check out Wings of the Walker by coralee June! Its GREAT! And The four horsemen series by LJ Swallow is pretty good too! Have a nice week and enjoy your time at the shore!
I wish you a great next few weeks and going to the shore sounds great. I have one day of work each week of the next two weeks so I hope to accomplish lots myself. I always try to get ahead when I can. I don’t get the RH thing myself. I enjoyed the fairy tales more than I expected. Have a great week! Anne – Books of My Heart
I read one RH and I was completely hooked. They have so many out I have books for days and days. The best part is I am reading at least 3 to 5 books a week because of them and that hasn’t happened since the beginning of last year. I am excited to read again and it’s making me remember how much I love it. 🙂 I love retelling, they are my favorite type of reads.
Don’t get the obsessions with reverse harems, but seen it around a lot. Hey, it’s got you reading so go RH! lol. I do like the looks of The Winter Riddle so can’t wait to see what you think of it before I put it on my list. 🙂
Have a great week!! oxox
Stormi
I don’t know what it is about Reverse Harem. I think I like the idea of her having multi-men. Plus no picking and they all focus on her instead of a lot of books that have the guy all self-centered and expecting from the girl.
The Winter Riddle’s cover is fantastic. I just love the idea of it and I will let you know when I am done! 🙂
Have a great week by the way!
Thank you! 🙂
Is your “Read, Currently Reading & Next” category ocean-themed this week or something XD? It literally all included the word sea and is ocean themed with a bonus of a model-with-dress-posing.
It’s actually a series, about the sea and pirates, not really a theme more of a trilogy. 🙂
Yay for school being out (well, mostly)! 🙂 Hope your summer is off to a good start. I’m hoping to get some time in by the water too soon. Can’t believe 4th of July is almost here!!!
Escape the Sea, Love the Sea- I love all those Sea covers lol.
The Winter Riddle looks awesome!
So far it’s an enjoyable summer 🙂 kids are already driving me crazy!
Those sea cover are amazing and the books were pretty good.
YES! the winter riddle gave me chills with the synopsis I can’t wait to read it.
