Real Life & Blog News:
Thank goodness everyone is still kicking 😉 It’s been a slow week, I have had a few meeting for my son with a service the state offers for children in his situation. (I promise I will explain soon) I have also been very lazy and will have to spend this weekend getting myself moving on posts. I love being ahead but I am a person that needs to constantly be doing something because once I stop, I get lazy. So the next two days I will be scrambling to get some posts done for next month. I have also been working on a few graphic teasers for an author friends that I can’t wait to show everyone when they are done. I also took a shot at designing my first sample cover since it’s something I really want to do I thought it came out ok. How awesome would it be to design book covers. *happy dance* I am working on figuring out all the details for it and going to do a redo of my Limabean Designs logo (because now I hate it) and possible make a website instead of just a page and…..*deep breath* I need to take this one step at a time 🙂 Hoping this week will be a lot more productive because if I don’t get moving I will have no posts for March!!!

My Personal Book ban is going great! I avoided all books this week again 🙂 However it totally end on March 1st I can’t take not getting books!!!
I did receive a book this week, it came in the box for Loot Crate. This was our first one and I would have taken a picture by it was torn apart before I had a chance to take one but how excited that it came with a book! Plus I have heard awesome things about this book, can’t wait to read it 🙂

You should definitely give designing covers a try! And a website instead of a page for your designs would be a very good idea and look more professional.

I had a slow week too, it was frustrating but hey it’s March now so it’s all good, right? 🙂 I think book cover designing would be cool too, I’m glad you’re spreading your wings and getting some more graphic work done- that’s great! Hope your week is fabulous.
I can definitely relate to needing to do something! I discovered if I’m not planning or working on some kind of new project than my brain kind of stops and I end up grumpy! Good luck with your design work. Sounds so exciting! And definitely has tons of potential. Good luck getting everything with your son. I know that trying to get stuff sorted out with schools is like running repeatedly into a wall! Have a great week!

I did manage to not go over my bookish resolution of only 5 galley books for Feb..so that was some small feat in itself..lol. 🙂

I’m usually on a book buying ban because I have so many I haven’t read yet, but yesterday I saw the Vampire Academy deal and there went 12 books into my kindle like magic! I have no willpower lol.

I haven’t done a lot of blogging beside scheduling review posts recently, I really hoped to get some Lola’s Ramblings posts done this week, but I didn’t find time. I am so excited you’re giving designing covers a try and I can’t wait to see what kind of covers you are going to design next! Maybe it’s a good idea to make a whole website for it indeed, I think it looks more professional that way I think and then you can make a whole website branded for Limabean designs.
I got 7 new books this week, so many exciting new releases these upcoming months! I heard great things about Ready Player One, I hope you’ll enjoy it!
I have my random posts I wanted to do but my brain just isn’t working with me and every time I write something I hate it and delete. Might take up yoga I bet that would help my head 🙂
I think eventually I will do more website since this is something I really want to do and I feel that is the best way to start. I also want to do something that helps self pub authors design covers because sometimes those covers are UGLY.

Yay for beling alive! We survived winter storm Remus. 😀 I wish I was creative or at least had money. I need some icons, graphics, banners, whatever for some of my regular posts. Like, Monster Porn Monday. I mean, look at all those o’s for tentacles to be inserted. Bwahahaha!! Good luck with everything! *high fives*
