and looking ahead to 2017, for the next 12 days.
Feel free to join us!
I’ll be sharing highlights month-by-month and giving you a peak at what’s ahead in 2017.
out with the OLD: 2016
It’s all down hill from here…this was the beginning. I had an idea that a slump was forming but it wasn’t until February that things started getting very overwhelming and I pretty much bailed out on everything…life, blogging reading, etc. I was in a very bad place not even sure I would ever come out of it.
in with the NEW: 2017
Me time…this is important. I think I need to take at least a week or a couple days a month to just relax and focus on me. I seem to be on high speed and never seem to take a step back to breath and just enjoy the day. Next year I would love to spend a few days or a week each moth focusing on doing stuff for me and the family. I think the key to being a great blogger is taking time to step away for your mental state but also for the blog and the quality of your content. If you are stressed and rushing your content suffers and your posts aren’t as great as they should be. So I am hoping for a more relaxed and stress free year…easier said then done but I can try! 🙂

Here’s hoping 2017 is a less stressful year for you. I think you’re right, it helps to step back once in a bit. And I don’t know about there but here it gets quite gloomy in Feb, the tail end of winter and that doesn’t help. Lack of sunlight. 🙂
Omega City looks fun, I remember seeing it but I never did get it!
I am thinking wont be as bad as this year. This year taught me a lot and next year I plan to be a lot less stressed when big things happen 🙂
Feb is rather gloomy.
Omega City was a fun read, I loved how it had a goonies feel to it.
